Returns and refunds policy:

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days, without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods or when a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods delivered.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision in a clear statement.

We will refund you within 30 days from the day we receive the returned products. We will use the same payment method as you used for the order and you will not incur any fees for this refund.

Conditions for returns:

For the goods to be eligible for return, make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
• The products are in their original packaging

The following products cannot be returned:

• The supply of products made to your specifications or clearly customized.
• The supply of goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned, for example goods that deteriorate quickly or whose shelf life has expired.
• The supply of goods that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that are unsealed after delivery.
• The supply of goods which, after delivery, according to their nature, are inextricably mixed with other goods.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions, at our sole discretion.

Return of goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You must send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost on return. We therefore recommend a secure and traceable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery received.

Present:

If the products were marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product has been received, a gift certificate will be sent.

If the products were not marked as a gift when they were purchased, or if the buyer sent the order to himself in order to deliver it to someone else later, we will send a refund to the buyer.
